Terms of Service

1. Agreement
Convertoza (“the Service”) is operated by 321 Design & Development House (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
Convertoza provides file conversion and document tools that run inside your web browser. The Service is provided free of charge within published usage limits, with optional paid plans. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
3. Accounts and verification
You may use most tools without an account. If you create one, you must provide a valid email address and confirm it using the verification link we send. Accounts with unconfirmed email addresses have reduced access. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Usage limits
Each tool has a daily usage limit that depends on whether you are signed out, signed in, or on a Premium plan. Current limits are shown in the tools themselves and may be adjusted to keep the Service available to everyone. Automated or bulk use, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits are not permitted.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Convertoza to process material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to distribute malware, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your files and content
Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to your files and are solely responsible for their content and for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Paid plans
Premium plans, where offered, are billed in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown before purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case in line with applicable consumer law.
8. Advertising
The free tier is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly separated from the tools. We do not control the content of third-party ads. See our Cookie Policy for how advertising cookies are used.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a conversion will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. See our Disclaimer.
