Files are read by JavaScript inside your browser. They are never sent to our servers for conversion.

Local history

Your conversion history is stored in your browser's localStorage. We cannot read it.

We don't inspect, log, or sell file contents or conversion results.

Pages and assets are served over HTTPS.

Instant

No queue, no cloud cold start. Your device's CPU does the work.

When the server is involved

Only AI features send text to our servers — and only after the text is extracted in your browser. We do not store that text, and it is only used to generate the response you asked for.

This policy explains what Convertoza (“we”), operated by 321 Design & Development House, collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Contact: usmanghusman1@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Your files: none. Conversions run inside your browser. We do not receive, store or inspect the files you process.
  • Account data. If you create an account we store your email address, a display name and optional profile details, plus your plan status.
  • Comments. The name and text you submit to the public comments section are stored and shown publicly.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs and anonymous usage events (for example “a PDF tool was used”), plus limited abuse-prevention records such as a rate-limit counter tied to your network address.
  • In your browser only. Conversion history, theme, language and your daily usage counter live in your browser's local storage.

How we use it

To run the site and your account, to enforce fair usage limits, to prevent abuse, to answer your messages, and to understand which tools are popular. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Service providers

We rely on hosting, database/authentication, advertising and (for AI features) model providers. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver the service.

Children

Convertoza is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us from your account address. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Retention: account data is kept while your account exists; logs and abuse records are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
